There are only two marked trails leading to the top of Jalovec, one from Kotovo sadle, which can be climbed from Planica and Lo\u0161ka Koritnica Valley, and the other from Jezerce, which can be reached from the starting points in valleys Lo\u0161ka Koritnica, Bav\u0161ica, Zadnji Trenta and Vr\u0161i\u010d pass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The shortest and probably the most popular ascent to Jalovec is from the Zadnja Trenta valley, past the shelter under \u0160pi\u010dek, and the ascents from Planica and Vr\u0161i\u010d are not far behind. Otherwise, all climbs to the king of Slovenian mountains are technically and physically very demanding and will take you at least 6 hours of climbing and about as much descending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/vnaravo.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Vzhod-na-Jalovcu-1024x576.jpg\")
